Our Technologists will arrive at your office according to your schedule.

Daily Operations

 Orders are required for each exam.

 Any pertinent notes/history regarding the patients.

 A patient demographic sheet is needed.

Retrieving Reports

Reports can be faxed, emailed, or can be retrieved directly from our site within 24-48 hours. Stats reports within 2-4 hours.

Billing

We assist in the billing process by providing all CPT codes and most reimbursable diagnostic codes.

Invoicing

Our accounting department send invoices the 1st of the month for services rendered the prior month.

No Cancellation Fee

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.
